Progressive Agency Modelは、段階的進行モデルではない。

本モデルは、判断基準形成を中核とする循環深化型の成熟構造である。

成熟は以下の統合を通じて進行する：

• 自己理解
• 現実理解
• 将来像

これらを反復的に接続することで、判断基準が形成・安定化する。

成熟は直線的に進行するものではなく、往復的・再帰的に深化する。

本構造は、能力の段階的獲得ではなく、判断基準の一貫性形成を目的とする。

Progressive Agency Model is not a linear stage progression system.

It is a circular and iterative maturity structure centered on decision criteria formation.

Maturity develops through recursive integration of:

• Self-understanding
• Reality-understanding
• Future-oriented vision

Through repeated integration of these elements, decision criteria become internally formed and stabilized.

This structure does not represent staged skill acquisition, but the recursive formation of consistent decision standards.
